This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Activision, , Microsoft, or any of their subsidiary or group companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
2. To enter this prize draw simply fill out the registration form at www.activision-win.co.uk/cod4 with your age verification, name, and your email address.
3. The prize winners from this site will each receive a ticket for themselves and one friend to attend the “Boot Camp” event on March 28th 2008 in a ‘secret’ London location. If you are not available to attend the secret location in London on this date, there is no alternative prize. The draw will take place on Tuesday 25th March 2008 at 12:00pm. The winners will be notified by email by Thursday 27th March 2008. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined within 24 hours, alternative winners may be drawn at Activision’s discretion and notified by email. Activision will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes
4. The names of the winners may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to “Boot Camp”, Activision UK Limited, 3 Roundwood Avenue, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, UB11 1AF, UK.
5. Activision reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. The prizes are not transferable. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Activision reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
6. Activision accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, or other documents related to the prize. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.
7. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid. No purchase is necessary in order to enter this prize draw.
